Your mission:

This is a full-time onsite role for a software engineering manager at TradingView in Tbilisi, Georgia. In the Data Integration cluster, we’re focusing on what enables any analytical platform to be great: the Data and its quality.

The Software Engineering Manager will lead software development initiatives, design software solutions, manage delivery timelines, and oversee distributed systems.

What will you do:

• Optimize CI/CD processes to ensure high standards of software delivery.
• Lead the development of a new Decentralized Exchanges initiative to bring the full power of professional instruments of TradingView to the DEX world.
• With other Unit Leads, develop a new approach to implementing data pipelines within the cluster and lead the adoption of this approach.

What you bring:

• Strong Software Development and Software Architecture skills
• Product-oriented mindset
• Team Leadership and Project Management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Distributed Systems
• Experience with Python, Golang stacks
• Solid understanding of modern deployment infrastructure, like Kubernetes and Cloud environments
• Experience working with continuous delivery pipelines

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Industry experience either as a developer or a trader
• Experience with data streaming, working with real-time data
• Master’s degree in STEM field
• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁

This is a hybrid role based in our Tbilisi office.
