About You

You’re an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of payments, compliance, and risk. You love building tools that make complex regulatory workflows seamless and scalable. You’re detail-oriented, data-driven, and excited by the challenge of designing systems that balance compliance requirements with product velocity.

At Coinflow, you’ll be joining early—where your work won’t just support operations, but will directly shape how we scale compliance in real-time payments and Web3. If you want to own big responsibilities in building the backbone of compliant fintech infrastructure, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop & maintain internal tools → Build and extend services in TypeScript/Express and Python to support compliance and risk operations
  • Integrate third-party APIs → Automate workflows with identity verification, AML, and KYB providers
  • Configure no-code workflows → Optimize AML and KYB risk assessment systems to meet business and regulatory requirements
  • Manage data & SQL & MongoDB → Write advanced SQL and MongoDB queries for reporting, monitoring, and validation
  • Testing & QA → Design and execute tests for workflows, APIs, and integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Data health & migrations → Safeguard data integrity during migrations and system changes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally → Partner with compliance, risk, and data teams to translate regulations into scalable, technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Typescript/Express/Node/React and Python in production environments
  • Proficiency in SQL (query optimization, schema design, data validation)
  • Proficiency in MongoDB (query optimization, schema design, data validation)
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs
  • Familiarity with no-code workflow tools (Effectiv, Lynx, SEON, Riskified, Persona, Airflow-like orchestrators, or compliance-specific platforms)
  • Strong testing mindset—able to design test cases for workflows, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Experience with data migrations and ensuring quality in complex systems
  • Ability to work effectively with compliance, risk, and operations teams

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of AML/KYB processes, risk scoring, or regulatory technology
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or Web3 environments
  • Background in risk automation or fraud detection systems
