Ripple Treasury – recently rebranded from GTreasury – is scaling the next generation of treasury and risk management technology. As part of Ripple, we continue to power 800+ organisations across 160+ countries with a leading SaaS platform – and we’re growing our engineering team.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving meaningful business problems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to help shape a global FinTech platform.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Architects and Product Managers to design and deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that sit at the heart of the CFO’s office. This is a hands-on development role in a “you build it, you run it” environment, giving you real ownership from design through to production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering full-stack features across front-end, server and database layers
• Building scalable, secure solutions using Azure
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Writing well-tested, production-ready code
• Supporting applications across development and production environments
• Collaborating within a global agile team to continuously improve delivery standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in application development
• Strong knowledge of .NET/Core and C#
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience building web applications using Angular (TypeScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Exposure to Azure services and cloud deployment practices
• Comfortable supporting production systems and troubleshooting issues
• Experience working in agile environments
• Financial services experience is a plus
