We’re looking for an experienced React Native developer to maintain, scale and extend our mobile codebase and GraphQL layer and lightweight Swift bridge for native functionality. In this role you will make sure the app is performant and keeps up with a growing user base. You will shape the future of music technology with engineers who previously worked at Apple, Microsoft, VK, Unity and other places.
You Will:
- Build and maintain features in our React Native codebase for iOS and Android.
- Write and review lightweight Swift modules when a native hook is needed.
- Design and improve our GraphQL schema (Apollo) and client usage.
- Work closely with backend, design and audio teams to integrate new features, fix bugs and deliver a smooth user experience.
- Set up and manage mobile CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and release pipelines; monitor performance and crash reports.
- Keep our codebase healthy: testing, code reviews, profiling and performance tuning.
- Take part in architectural and product discussions, bringing ideas on how tech can improve creative music apps.
Requirements:
- 3+ years building production React Native apps (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Production experience with GraphQL (schema design, client usage, caching).
- Experience shipping to the App Store / Google Play and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable with basic native iOS development in Swift.
- Self‑directed, organized and effective in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong English communication.
