The work:
Join the Ripple Platform Engineering team as a Software Engineer to drive innovation and deliver world-class solutions for our platform.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain a robust service framework for Java, enabling seamless development of new features
- Automate infrastructure provisioning to improve efficiency and minimise manual tasks
- Develop and optimise authentication and identity management systems
- Collaborate with the wider engineering team to craft, deploy, and continuously improve core products
- Work alongside experienced senior engineers who will provide guidance and support as you contribute to technical initiatives.
- Implement and enforce standard methodologies for coding, testing, and deployment
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience with multiple programming languages
- Strong ownership attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Interest in the Kubernetes and Cloud Native ecosystem
- Experience writing Kubernetes operators or working with authentication and identity systems is a plus
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
