Your Impact

• Technical leadership in an agile team design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products.
• Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.
• Leveraging these transformative technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features.
• Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Take responsibility for leading tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a high level of attention to detail.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers to help you get up to speed and grow your skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).
• Demonstrated experience in software development.
• Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

Any of the following skills would be particularly advantageous, but we welcome applications without these:

• Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript
• Experience with data science / AI
• Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery
• Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning and quality results.

We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
