Sorare is a fantasy sports gaming experience and marketplace featuring officially licensed digital player cards. With Sorare you build legacy teams – buying, selling, collecting and trading player cards — and compete with them in free-to-play fantasy games to win rewards week over week and season over season, just like a professional sports owner.

Our Journey

Sorare was founded by Nicolas Julia and Adrien Montfort in 2018 in Paris to bring sports fans across the globe closer to the players, teams, and leagues they love.

With 130-plus employees across France and US, Sorare is one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups and recently raised a $680 million Series B funding round from world-class investors including SoftBank, Accel, and Benchmark. Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organisation’s marketing and business objectives through different social media platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram…).

  • Brand Identity: staying on top of the latest trends to engage our communities with a well-defined brand tone — helping the brand build a strong and distinctive identity.

  • Content Planning and collaboration: Connect with the marketing and/or product teams to anticipate and effectively highlight the initiatives being undertaken.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs providing insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI (Return on Investment).

  • Social Media Specialist Management: Oversee social media specialists, including community managers/freelancers/content creators, to ensure strategy execution

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a Social Media Management role for a consumer-facing app

  • Strong interest in sports and sport fandom

  • Strong interest in spotting and analyzing the latest social and digital trends

  • Strong creative sensibility with the capacity to generate innovative ideas.

  • Proficiency in design editing tools, such as Figma

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills; experience interacting with and influencing cross-functional teams
