Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Social Media Leader to oversee Bybit’s global social media presence and community engagement strategy. This role requires a creative storyteller, data-driven marketer, and team leader who can elevate our brand voice, grow engagement, and deliver measurable impact across all platforms.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor – someone who understands global trends, platform algorithms, and how to translate content into community influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute Bybit’s global social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Lead content planning, audience segmentation, and platform strategy (/Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging channels).
• Design and implement data-driven campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Plan, publish, and optimize daily content – from thought leadership to memes – aligned with brand goals and cultural trends.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting, narrative flow, and timely responses to trends and community conversations.

Content & Brand Management

• Define the tone of voice and storytelling approach for all Bybit social channels.
• Supervise the production of high-quality multimedia content – graphics, videos, infographics, and live campaigns.
• Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and PR teams to ensure message alignment across all channels.

Community Growth & Engagement

• Drive follower growth and engagement through interactive formats, creator partnerships, and trend-driven activations.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead a cross-functional team of social media specialists, copywriters, videographers and designers.
• Set KPls, review performance, and provide coaching to drive creativity and accountability.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.

Analytics & Reporting

• Establish clear metrics for growth, engagement, and ROl.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or tech industries.
• Proven track record in building and scaling global social media brands.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, paid media, and influencer marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Leadership experience in managing teams across regions and time zones.
• Deep passion for digital culture, emerging platforms, and Web3 trends.
