As a fast-growing team of marketers, designers, builders, and game lovers, we’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to help us build our organic social presence and foster vibrant communities across platforms.
The Role:
As a Social Media & Community Manager at MyPrize, you’ll own our social voice from strategy to execution. You’ll work across content creation, community engagement, and social optimization to build authentic connections that drive awareness, acquisition, and player retention. This role has real ownership and you’ll have to think creatively to balance brand building with performance as you drive social initiatives from concept to viral moments.
You’ll play a central role in evolving MyPrize’s social presence from organic content strategy to community management; helping us scale what’s working and invent what’s next in social for the gaming industry.
What you will do at MyPrize:
  • Drive Social Strategy: Own the full social lifecycle across key platforms from content planning and creation through community engagement, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms that showcases MyPrize’s unique multiplayer social casino experience and resonates with gaming communities.
  • Build Authentic Communities: Foster meaningful engagement on Facebook groups and other community platforms, turning casual players into brand advocates and active community members.
  • Use Data to Optimize: Make decisions based on social analytics, engagement metrics, and community feedback. Test content formats, analyze performance, and iterate fast to maximize organic growth.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor gaming culture, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to keep MyPrize at the forefront of social gaming conversations.
  • Champion the Community: Always advocate for our players and our community. Make sure every post, interaction, and campaign makes MyPrize feel more connected, more fun, and more social.
  • Move Fast: Launch content and campaigns quickly and engage in real-time to foster a lively online community.
What you bring to MyPrize:
  • 3+ years experience in social media management and community building, ideally at a high-growth consumer tech, gaming, or creator-focused company.
  • Strong social instincts. You know what makes content shareable, engaging, and authentic to gaming audiences and communities.
  • Clear and effective communicator with excellent writing skills and ability to adapt your tone of voice across different platforms and audiences.
  • Comfortable with social analytics. You know what to measure, how to separate viral moments from sustainable growth, and when to double down on what’s working.
  • A collaborative mindset. You thrive working alongside marketing, product, and creator partnership teams.
  • Proven track record of growing organic social followings and building engaged communities with measurable impact.
  • Content creation skills with experience using design tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms as needed.
Gold Stars:
  • Experience in gaming, livestreaming, or social casino industries
  • Background working with creators and/or influencers
  • Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and gaming culture
  • Experience with community management tools and social listening platforms
