About the Company:
World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. As bots and autonomous agents reshape the internet, people, institutions, and applications need a trusted way to confirm who is a real human while preserving privacy. Our products make this possible: the Orb verifies real people, World ID proves it privately, and World App enables and distributes the new applications made possible by this technology. Together, they form a new layer for AI internet.
We’re one of the fastest-growing networks in tech. More than 17 million people across 160 countries have verified with World ID, and we complete over 350,000 verifications each week. World App is already among the most used wallets globally. Developers are integrating World ID to build safer online experiences and create spaces where real people can participate, earn, and be recognized in ways AI simply can’t replicate.
World was founded in 2019 and launched globally in 2023. We are more than 400 people across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations. Our teams come from OpenAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Apple, Google, Stripe, Meta, Coinbase, Palantir and MIT Media Lab. We’re backed by leading investors, including a16z, Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Crypto, Blockchain Capital, Variant, Tiger Global, and Coinbase Ventures, as well as prominent operators and founders across fintech and AI.
World has been featured on the cover of TIME Magazine, highlighted in Fast Company’s Next 5 in Fintech, and explored in a Bloomberg deep dive. The New York Times, Bankless and TechCrunch have all recognized our progress in identity, cryptography, AI, and global-scale hardware deployment. Our leadership is also named to the Time AI 100. About the team
The Market Operations team oversees the launch strategy, growth, and ongoing management of World across all markets. This team deploys and manages all Orbs worldwide and serves as the primary point of contact for local Operators. Our mission is to effectively onboard active users to World and help build a globally inclusive identity and financial network.
About the role
The Growth and Operations Manager, Rola, is responsible for executing TFH’s regional strategy across a mix of markets. Reporting to the Latin America Region Manager, this role leads the day-to-day operations, growth, and integrity of TFH’s ecosystem in Rola, with a focus on education, compliance, and trust-building.
The role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, analytical capability, and stakeholder sensitivity. You will oversee the day to day operations, manage local partners, operators, and affiliates, and ensure that every activation — from account creation to verification — runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with TFH’s values.
You will also act as the first line of defense for trust and safety in Rola — conducting mystery shopper visits, collecting on-the-ground intelligence, and coordinating directly with the global Trust & Safety and Policy teams to identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
This position requires a self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fully remote environment, and capable of working cross-functionally with Legal, Comms, Marketing, and Product to keep Rola compliant, data-informed, and strategically aligned.
Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize market operations for the Rola ecosystem, including daily management of the operating partners
Manage and motivate local partners, operators, and affiliates, ensuring operational consistency, brand quality, and delivery on key KPIs (verifications, CAC, engagement).
Implement trust and safety procedures, including site audits, data monitoring, field reports, and mystery shopper programs to identify risk, fraud, or compliance issues early.
Serve as the local intelligence hub — gathering insights on user sentiment, regulatory climate, and media trends; share findings weekly with the Andean and South Cone GMs and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate on implementation of broader regional experiments and marketing activations that may apply to ROLA.
Support partner relationship management with universities, tech hubs, and educational organizations.
Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting on performance, partner accountability, and operational health to HQ and regional stakeholders.
Uphold TFH’s standards of transparency, safety, and ethical growth in every user interaction, activation, and experiment.
About You:
Entrepreneurial – You’re a builder who thrives in ambiguity and can translate strategy into local execution with limited resources.
Scrappy and resilient – You stay calm under uncertainty, solve problems fast, and adapt quickly to changing regulatory or operational contexts.
Trust- and integrity-driven – You treat user safety, brand reputation, and compliance as non-negotiables.
Cross-culturally fluent – You can work seamlessly across diverse teams and cultural contexts, translating between local nuance and global expectations.
Data & analytics-focused – You use dashboards, KPIs, and data trends to diagnose issues, improve performance, and recommend strategy adjustments.
A strong communicator and collaborator – You work across Legal, Comms, Policy, and Product with precision, clarity, and mutual accountability.
Self-directed and remote-ready – You operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage execution with limited supervision.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in operations, growth, or partner management, ideally in technology, fintech, or regulated sectors.
Proven success managing multi-stakeholder ecosystems (operators, affiliates, vendors, or franchise-style partners).
Demonstrated ability to identify risk and enforce compliance through field audits, data tracking, or safety protocols.
Experience leading activations, events, or educational programs involving public audiences and institutional partners.
Strong data fluency and analytical ability; comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational metrics.
Fully fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Based in Buenos Aires, with availability to travel across the Rola markets (~75%).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, or a related field; postgraduate degree a plus.
