About the Role

We are looking for a Senior VIP Relationship Manager to lead and manage relationships with high-value and institutional clients in Turkey, while also playing a key role in supporting selected operational and strategic initiatives for OKX TR.
This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, operations, and internal leadership, ensuring an exceptional VIP experience while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. As a senior individual contributor, this role requires deep ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to influence across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Senior VIP Relationship Management

  • Act as the senior primary point of contact for VIP, institutional, and high-net-worth users in Turkey.
  • Lead daily communication with VIP clients, providing strategic guidance, timely follow-ups, and proactive, solution-oriented updates.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs, trading behavior, and business objectives.
  • Own and optimize the full lifecycle of externally sourced VIP users, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, performance optimization, and long-term engagement strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VIP clients, helping them navigate products, market developments, and operational considerations.

Operational Leadership & Escalation Management

  • Lead complex issue resolution for VIP and institutional users by partnering closely with Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Growth teams.
  • Own high-impact VIP escalations end-to-end, ensuring clear accountability, timely resolution, and minimal client disruption.
  • Act as a senior operational point of contact for OKX TR, supporting critical day-to-day operational matters, issue tracking, prioritization, and internal follow-ups.
  • Provide guidance and structure on escalation handling and best practices, raising the overall bar for VIP support quality.

Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify recurring VIP, operational, or systemic issues and drive process, tooling, or product improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to regional and global discussions on VIP service models, operational workflows, and policy-related improvements.
  • Collaborate with global teams on complex system-level, regulatory, or product-driven cases impacting VIP users.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, dashboards, and reporting, providing clear insights and status updates to senior stakeholders.

What We Look For In You

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in relationship management, operations, client services, or a similar role
  • Previous experience at a top-tier crypto exchange is required.
  • Strong track record of managing high-value, institutional, or demanding clients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex cases, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); Turkish proficiency required.
  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to operate with limited oversight.
  • Comfortable influencing across multiple teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have

  • Extensive experience working with VIP, institutional, or high-net-worth users.
  • Background in regulated financial environments such as crypto, fintech, trading, or payments.
  • Solid understanding of the Turkish regulatory landscape, including MASAK and SPK.
  • Experience with internal tools such as ticketing systems, CRM platforms, data dashboards, or API-related workflows.
  • Ability to mentor or guide junior team members informally through best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Highly proactive working style with strong learning agility.
