About The Role

Are you a highly strategic and hands-on Senior UX Designer ready to drive the next generation

of features for both consumer and enterprise products? This role is essential for leading

end-to-end design initiatives, from foundational architecture to successful feature launches

across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, startup

environment, is a champion for the user, and has a proven track record of delivering measurable

business impact through exceptional design.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design & Execution Leadership
    • Lead End-to-End Design: Spearhead design initiatives for complex features and products across desktop and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and driving significant improvements in user experience.
    • Design System Ownership: Maintain and govern a scalable and reusable Design System, using established design standards.
    • Information Architecture & Workflow: Successfully design and architect platform interfaces to improve information hierarchy, scalability, and overall user workflows.
    • Prototyping & Communication: Create detailed interaction prototypes, and comprehensive design documentation to effectively communicate design solutions to development and product teams.
  • User-Centered Research & Strategy
    • Lead End-to-End Design: Spearhead design initiatives for complex features and products across desktop and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and driving significant improvements in user experience.
    • Direct Research Initiatives: Plan, execute, and synthesize findings from direct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions, validate solutions, and continuously iterate on the product experience.
    • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure successful implementation of features that meet both user needs and business goals.
    • Market Awareness: Stay informed about user experiences in competitor products and current industry trends to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

Key Competencies & Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience working as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving.
  • Design Tools Mastery: Significant hands-on experience using modern design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, and Adobe XD for rapid prototyping and design system management.
  • Research Expertise: Excellent knowledge of user research methodologies, including generative and evaluative techniques, and the ability to translate findings into actionable design requirements and user profiles/personas.
  • Technical Environment: Solid understanding of usability and discoverability principles, as well as an established comfort working effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale design projects concurrently and translate high-level business goals into concrete, executable design deliverables.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, highly transparent and open to feedback, and comfortable advocating for design solutions within a cross-functional team.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a self-directed, dynamic startup environment. Startup experience strongly preferred.

This is an onsite position in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
