Senior Technical Writer

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000-$225,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level, but not location (within the US). The salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our total compensation package also includes: tokens + equity compensation, benefits, and eligibility to participate in the annual equity and token refresh grant programs.

Mysten Labs is hiring a Technical Writer to join the Documentation Experience team, reporting to the Head of Developer Relations. Technical Writers create content that enables customer success using Mysten Labs’ technologies, specifically among developers, node operators, and partners. Content deliverables include but are not limited to reference guides, release notes, tutorials, and educational content. The products and projects this position supports include Sui Move, Sui SDKs, Sui Wallet, and future public-facing developer products.

Role responsibilities:

• Write, design, and update documentation and sample code.

• Communicate across and collaborate with the Engineering, Product, Marketing, Developer Relations, Technical Writing, and Partnership teams, taking their input to continuously enhance the documentation experience for our community of developers.

• Contributing to documentation tooling and processes to support more efficient, scalable, and collaborative documentation development.

• Can write sample code to support the documentation.

Helpful additional experience:

• Project management
