This is a remote-friendly hybrid role with a preference for candidates based in New York/Brooklyn, where we have a vibrant HQ and frequent in-person collaboration.
We’re looking for a senior-level recruiter to join our team and lead searches across a variety of high-impact roles—including leadership and executive-level positions—primarily in the U.S. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across Product, Tech, Growth, Operations, and G&A to deliver top-tier, values-aligned talent.
This is not a sourcing-only role. We’re looking for someone who can drive strategy, influence decisions, and deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. You’ll be joining at a key moment in our growth and help shape what great hiring looks like at CookUnity.
