Key Responsibilities
IT Security & Access Management

• Manage and administer MDM solutions (JumpCloud, Jamf)

• Configure and manage IAM/IDP platforms (Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Google SSO)

• Administer and manage Secure Web Gateway (SWG)

• Manage Enterprise Browser security policies

• Manage and monitor Email Security Gateway

• Ensure proper RBAC, MFA, conditional access policies implementation

• Investigate and respond to security incidents and SOC alerts

• Participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation activities

• Lead patch management of OS and applications

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee daily IT support operations and service delivery

• Manage incident lifecycle (L1–L2 escalations)

• Improve user experience (UX) across IT services

• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base

• Generate operational and security reports for management

• Drive automation and process optimization

Compliance & Audit

• Support ISO 27001 audits and SOC compliance initiatives

• Perform internal IT audits and gap assessments

• Coordinate and support VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)

• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and frameworks

• Maintain audit-ready documentation and logs

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with:
  JumpCloud (MDM & IAM)
  Jamf (Mac device management)
  Okta / OneLogin
  Google Workspace Administration
  Email Gateway solutions
  Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
  Enterprise Browser security controls

• Strong knowledge of:
  Identity lifecycle management
  SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA
  Endpoint security & patch management
  Vulnerability management tools
  SOC alert handling & SIEM exposure

• Experience in:
  ISO 27001 audits
  SOC 2 audit processes (Good to have)
  VAPT coordination
  Security incident response

Operational Skills:

• Strong incident management experience

• ITIL understanding preferred

• Reporting and dashboard creation

• Process improvement mindset

• Excellent documentation skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering

Certifications preferred:

• ITIL

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/ Auditor (optional, good to have)

• Security+/CEH (optional, good to have)

• Jamf/JumpCloud/Okta certifications (added advantage)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Stakeholder management experience

• Ability to handle high-pressure security incidents

• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
