Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D and management of the company’s core trading, payment, and OTC systems, guiding the team to deliver high-quality system design and development.
- Design technical solutions and architecture based on business growth needs, ensuring high concurrency, high availability, and system security.
- Oversee daily team management and performance, mentor team members in technical growth, and continuously improve development efficiency and delivery quality.
- Collaborate closely with product, risk, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to support rapid iteration of digital asset trading and payment businesses.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in blockchain and cryptocurrency, and apply them to real business scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 5+ years of backend development experience and 2+ years in team management.
- Proficient in Golang development, with solid computer science fundamentals, good coding practices, and familiarity with common architectural patterns.
- Experience in developing payment systems, OTC trading, clearing & settlement, or similar high-concurrency, high-security systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with the crypto/blockchain technology ecosystem, with understanding of digital asset trading, wallets, and smart contract interactions.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, databases, caching, and message queues.
- Excellent team management and communication skills, with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced business environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in large fintech companies, exchanges, or cryptocurrency platforms.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements (e.g., KYC/AML) and related system development support.
- Ability to communicate effectively in an English working environment.
