Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market that enables users to trade on the outcomes of various real-world events — everything from elections to entertainment. By leveraging blockchain technology, our platform offers a decentralized and transparent marketplace for predictions, allowing individuals to monetize their insights and forecasts.
We’re looking for a Senior Sourcer to own research and pipeline building across the company. You’ll be sourcing for everything — engineering, product, and design, but also finance, legal, BD, marketing, data science, you name it.
This is for someone who genuinely loves the hunt. You’re great at digging through LinkedIn (and beyond), building sourcing strategies from scratch, and figuring out where the best people are hiding. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, but you’ll have a lot of autonomy in how you find people and build pipelines.
Lead sourcing for technical and non-technical roles across the company
Do deep research to figure out where talent lives for current and future roles
Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing
Put together curated candidates lists for recruiters to reach out to, or reach out yourself
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what “great” looks like for each role
Develop sourcing strategies — search strings, Boolean, talent mapping, the works
Write personalized, high-signal outreach and manage early-stage candidate conversations
Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to inform strategy and improvements
Help build out our sourcing process and tools as we scale
5+ years doing technical sourcing or talent research, ideally at a startup or high-growth company
Experience sourcing across technical roles (engineering, product, design, data) and business functions (finance, legal, ops, etc.)
Strong research skills — you know how to map markets, understand companies, and find people others miss
You’ve built pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles before
Great writer — your outreach is thoughtful and personalized, not spammy
Highly organized and comfortable running multiple searches at once
Familiar with sourcing tools and ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, SeekOut, etc.)
Proactive and strategic — you don’t wait to be told what to do
You’ve sourced for crypto, fintech, or technical products before
You’ve worked with senior stakeholders or on executive searches
You’re comfortable with data and reporting on sourcing metrics
You like building repeatable processes that scale
Own sourcing strategy across the entire company — not just one function
