About the team
- The Customer Success team at Paxos manages relationships with Crypto Brokerage, Tokenized Asset and Payments customers post-launch, enabling growth through optimizing integrations and driving product adoption.
- As part of Paxos’ mission to modernize financial infrastructure, the CS team directly impacts business growth by managing relationships with major financial institutions like PayPal, Interactive Brokers, Stripe, and Kraken.
About the role
- As Solutions Engineer at Paxos, you’ll own the technical sale, scoping, requirements gathering and solution design for customer opportunities that leverage our infrastructure products.
- You’ll work on exciting and innovative deals and opportunities that involve bringing new digital asset brokerage, payments, and financial products to the market in partnership with our customers.
- Your impact will be measured through the number of opportunities that are won and the success of the integrations which depend on the quality of the solutions design, directly contributing to Paxos’ mission of modernizing financial infrastructure through our partnerships with leading institutions.
What you’ll do
- Technical Sales: Provide expertise on the platform, develop technical champions at the customer, and position Paxos’ capabilities to support the value proposition in the commercial negotiation
- Scoping: Qualify and scope the customer’s objective and design the solution
- Product Feedback: Deliver qualified, prioritized and actionable product feedback to Product and Engineering
About you
- 5+ years of Solutions or Sales Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS/fintech/financial services
- Track record of closing strategic enterprise deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong technical acumen with ability to understand API integrations
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Pay and benefits
Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:
$161,712—$190,249 USD
