We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
Inbound demand is strong, but we lack structured outbound programs and enterprise sales. We need a closer who can build a repeatable revenue engine from scratch, from pipeline design to deal-closing and post-sale account growth.
This isn’t about following a playbook. There is no playbook. We need a builder who can thrive in ambiguity, design experiments, track results, and optimize strategies. You’ll know how to interpret sales analytics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that scale.
A successful AE here is a concise, precise communicator who listens as much as they speak, understands customer pain points, and can translate those into actionable solutions.
For this full-time role, we’re offering:
Base gross salary: $3,500-$4,000 + commission-based bonus
Token grant: 0.1%-0.2% of total token supply (to be agreed after 6 month period); tokens will have vesting of 12 months lockup + 24 months linear vesting
We are a remote-first, async-friendly team with a strong writing culture. While we have an office in Belgrade, Serbia, most of our team is spread across time zones.
