Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM)

Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you’ll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance the speed, accuracy, and scalability of our GTM systems and reporting. As our GTM motion and data sources expand rapidly, you will play a key role in reducing complexity, turning data into reliable, actionable insights.

This is a high-impact and visibility role. You will be instrumental in addressing bottlenecks in data capture and hygiene, ensuring that frontline teams and executives alike have the information they need to make data-driven decisions. You will be part of a Revenue Operations team that partners extensively with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Business Systems, and Data. You will scope, plan, and execute initiatives that scale as fast as our business does

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Audit and improve CRM and GTM systems data hygiene, ensuring consistency in lead, opportunity, and account-level data, and improve data readiness for analysis

  • Partner with Business Systems to strengthen data integration of GTM tools and enable repeatable, scalable processes

  • Support and streamline the deal-close process, ensuring contracts are accurately recorded in relevant systems and the order lifecycle management is seamless

  • Conduct recurring diagnostic analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the revenue funnel – from marketing lead follow-up to renewals & expansions

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards that report on key revenue metrics, including bookings, average unit price, churn, NRR, and GRR

  • Execute analysis that helps GTM leaders and company executives identify root causes, quantify the business case, and inform strategic decisions

  • Develop and document operating models and processes that improve accountability and cross-functional collaboration

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, or similar data-driven roles

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, i.e., complex modeling, connected sheets, pivot tables

  • Technical proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence systems, e.g., Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Grafana

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen interest in process improvement

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally

  • Strong communication skills for data-driven storytelling

  • A curiosity for understanding root causes and drivers, not just stopping at surface-level takeaways

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline or other STEM fields

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a high-growth startup

  • Exposure to hyperscalers or GPU clouds

Benefits:

  • Industry competitive pay

  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company

  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents

  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability

  • Teladoc

  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary

  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule

  • Cell phone reimbursement

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • Subscription to the Calm app

  • MetLife Legal

  • Company paid commuter benefit; $300/month
