We’re working on a mobile app that lets users easily buy, sell and borrow against their Bitcoin. This involves building out a mobile wallet with seamless onboarding, cross-chain swaps and a lending protocol.

Role

We’re looking for an experienced protocol engineer to work across the stack on Asula’s lending protocol.

Responsibilities

• Work with us in the design and implementation of our lending protocol and its application-specific blockchain stack, including details from consensus choices to onchain business logic

Qualifications

• Experience designing protocols for financial applications like decentralized exchanges and lending markets

• Experience writing, testing or auditing smart contracts for the above financial applications

Nice to Haves

• Prior production cryptography experience, especially with respect to shipping side-channel-hardened secp256k1 ECDSA/Schnorr libraries (Taproot, MuSig2, adaptor-sig)

• Prior experience building application-specific blockchains from consensus, networking to business logic
