VP, Product Ecosystem/ Sr. Mgr
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop partnerships to grow our partnership ecosystem
- Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions /Corporate / Web3 infrastructure providers to expand our ecosystem of B2B payment platform
- Define and implement product ecosystem roadmap aligned with HKMA regulatory requirements and the evolving Web3 market.
- Lead pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for ecosystem products, focusing on achieving significant revenue targets and facilitating enterprise integrations across various sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (BD, marketing, technical) to enable partners and drive joint go-to-market initiatives
- Gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and differentiate from other competitors
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years in fintech, digital products, or partnerships, with a minimum of 5 years in payments or Web3 ecosystems.
- Proven track record of building platform businesses that drive significant revenue and user engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, enabling effective stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multipleojects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies, digital currencies, and the regulatory landscape affecting fintech and Web3 industries.
