Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role to lead and drive the development of key product verticals within the Bio Protocol, with a focus on Bio’s liquidity protocol, launchpad, agentic AI products, and DAO products that drive organisational efficiency and IP discovery. You will partner closely with our tech and design teams to conceptualise, plan, and deliver innovative solutions that address user and stakeholder requirements, while managing the full product lifecycle from concept to implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Development and Strategy

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Bio Protocol suite with clearly defined milestones for each product vertical

  • Enhance user engagement and adoption by refining product functionalities, targeting a doubling of user engagement with the protocol

  • Report and work directly with the Head of Product to refine and implement strategic visions.

Execution and Delivery

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the successful launch of product verticals; leading from concept to live implementation by Q3 2025

  • Establish continuous feedback loops with users and stakeholders, integrating at least 80% of actionable insights into iterative product improvements

  • Optimize cross-functional workflows to reduce time-to-market by 50% by the end of the fiscal year

Collaboration and Communication

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are central to product development decisions

  • Foster strong relationships across departments to facilitate effective collaboration and alignment

  • Develop clear reporting mechanisms to track product progress, impact, and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs)

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product development and delivery

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure our products remains innovative and competitive

  • Support the Head of Bio in researching and ideating future product opportunities

  • Web3 & DeFi Expertise – Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized finance, and emerging trends in token economics and DAOs

  • Technical Fluency – Familiarity with front-end development, smart contracts, AI agentic development, and agile methodologies

  • Creative Problem Solver – Innovates solutions for complex challenges while maintaining high standards of excellence

  • Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven – Persistent, deadline-focused, and capable of translating stakeholder needs into actionable product features

  3. Technical Interview/Assessment: Technical deep-dive and competency-based discussion with hiring managers from your future team

  4. Executive Interview: Conversation with somebody from the leadership team about alignment with Molecule’s vision

  5. Reference Checks: We will conduct two reference calls to verify past accomplishments.
