Day to Day

Obsess over the right customer problems: validate pains and baselines, define a value hypothesis with target metrics and dashboards, run small pilots to learn fast, and stop or pivot if results don’t move; iterate with Engineering to simplify workflows, prove value in productivity, cost, and time saved, then scale what works and update the roadmap to reflect measured gains.

Responsibilities

  • Vision & roadmap: evolve a short-, mid-, and long‑term roadmap anchored to measured business value for users.
  • Proactive delivery: ship actionable digests, priority notifications, and unified task rollups.
  • Governance & patterns: set notification and workflow patterns that raise signal and cut noise.
  • Discovery & analytics: drive research on friction-heavy journeys; translate findings into clear product requirements.
  • Instrumentation: define event tracking and analytics from day one; ensure dashboards show real business value.
  • Experimentation: run value-gated pilots; scale winners and retire low-return features.
  • Platform partnership: partner with Engineering/Architects to apply workflow building blocks and key integrations to deliver outcomes.

Skills/Competencies

  • Core experience: product management in collaboration or workflow automation with measured outcomes.
  • Proven results: demonstrated delivery of measurable value and improved outcomes across multiple launches.
  • Technical fluency: working knowledge of platform workflow building blocks (e.g., triggers, actions, bots) and artificial intelligence products (large language model digests, AI‑ranked notifications, conversational workflows).
  • Leadership: influence architects and executives; improve product development life cycle practices.
  • Adaptability: thrive amid ambiguity; adjust plans quickly; keep teams focused on outcomes.
  • 10+ years as a Product Manager in software or technical implementations.
