Senior Product Manager – Fiat Payments Platform – Stablecoin Banking

Your mission: build a best-in-class fiat payments platform that integrates PSPs, bank rails, and real-time networks, while orchestrating them intelligently for resilience, compliance, and user experience.

• Integrate and optimize PSPs, banks, and real-time payment networks (e.g., PIX, UPI, Faster Payments).
• Partner with engineering to design event-driven, reliable, ledger-safe services for deposits, withdrawals, and payouts.
• Balance cost, approval rates, and resilience with smart routing and failover strategies.
• Work with Compliance and Ops to embed KYC/AML and regulatory controls directly into the payment flows.
• Set and track KPIs: success = rapid, seamless onboarding, near-zero payment failures, and instant reconciliation.

• 3-5 experience in product management, with experience in payments, PSPs, or banking rails.
• Proven track record building core payment infrastructure or orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of PSPs, real-time rails, settlement, reconciliation, and risk/fraud controls.
• Experience working closely with engineers on API-first, event-driven, cloud-native systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ruthless prioritization, bias to ship, and ability to balance speed with compliance.
