Job description
As a Senior Product Manager – B2C, you will take the lead in designing and delivering innovative financial products that serve everyday users. You’ll drive product growth through data, discovery, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the payments space.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-owning and evolving the product vision aligned with long-term user and business outcomes
- Defining and managing the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for B2C initiatives
- Leading a high-performing cross-functional squad to build and launch user-facing financial products
- Driving product discovery cycles with data-driven hypotheses, structured testing, and user validation
- Leading the translation of insights into impactful features that move key product and business metrics
- Ensuring strategic alignment across teams and business units
- Acting as a subject matter expert for B2C digital wallets, payments, and consumer financial tools
- Connecting feasibility, viability, and desirability to ensure scalable and successful product decisions
- Measuring, owning, and driving key metrics, KPIs, and OKRs with a growth-oriented mindset
- Staying close to users through active involvement in research, testing, and feedback cycles
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in delivering successful B2C digital products
- In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem and solid familiarity with Meeza wallet regulations
- Strong experience leading product discovery processes and iterative product development
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and tactical thinking with confident decision-making
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority
- Strong prioritization, argumentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated passion and domain expertise in digital wallets, consumer fintech, or financial inclusion
Strong Pluses
- Prior experience building or scaling B2C payment or wallet products
- Understanding of underbanked market needs or experience operating in emerging markets
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes in Egypt or similar jurisdictions
