We’re looking for a Senior Product Leader – a rare combination of creative thinker, analytical driver and hands-on builder. Someone who can blend growth strategy, gamification magic, and monetization acumen to take our product ecosystem to the next level.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You’ll help shape how Sweatcoin engages, delights, and monetizes its global community – from viral acquisition loops and behavioral design to new revenue streams and long-term retention.

Lead high-impact product initiatives
Design and deliver features that turn casual users into loyal fans – from habit-forming gamification loops to delightful monetization experiences.
Own and evolve Sweatcoin’s growth and monetization strategy across subscriptions, ads, and partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, partnerships to ship world-class consumer experiences.
Use behavioral psychology and experimentation to optimize user journeys and drive measurable business impact.
Champion a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and accountability within the Product org.
6+ years in Product Management, ideally in high-scale B2C mobile apps (health, fitness, gaming, or consumer subscription).
Proven success driving growth and/or monetization in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of gamification, habit loops, and user motivation mechanics.
Strong analytical skills – you’re fluent in metrics like LTV, ARPU, retention curves, funnel conversion, and A/B testing.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to align, inspire, and get things done.
