What we’re looking for

Sleek is seeking a talented and like-minded designer to build the future of Web3 networking with us. You’ll work closely with the co-founders to drive features from 0 to 1. This is an incredible opportunity to innovate in a rapidly growing segment within the Web3 space.

Responsibilities

Design simple, fun and safe user experiences and interfaces that solves our users’ problems and align with company’s business goals

Lead new product discovery and user interview in order to innovate new features

Interact directly with end-users and our developers to collect feedback for product design iteration

Work closely with the founder to define the overall vision for the product experience

Deliver measurable user experience improvements in new and existing products

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years UX/UI design experience, preferably in consumer tech

Have previous Web3 product design experience is a plus

Love tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear goals

Passionate about building products with a fast-moving team

Good command of spoken and written English

Interested and actively learning blockchain technologies
