Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead Designer for our Trade & Finance platform—designing highly secure, performant workflows for institutional clients managing digital assets at scale
• Own the Growth & Enablement experience track, mentoring the existing designer and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, onboarding, analytics, and internal tools
• Collaborate with the Head of Design to set vision, process, and hiring plans for Growth as it scales
• Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, research, compliance, and marketing
• Infuse AI into product surfaces where it can drive clarity, speed, and trust
• Contribute to design system thinking, interaction models, and internal documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in crypto, DeFi, or institutional trading platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, clean UI, complex flows, and problem-solving for fintech/crypto tools
• Experience designing high-trust, security-critical workflows
• Excitement to mentor and grow into a formal people management role
  
• Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills—especially in regulated environments

Located in (or relocating to) the San Francisco Bay Area—this is an in-office role

Preferred:

• Prior experience in custody, compliance, or B2B crypto platforms
• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces (prompt design, auto-summarization, smart routing)
• Hands-on experience with analytics tooling, growth loops, or conversion UX

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $150,000 – $170,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role’s package.
