Responsibilities

• Lead interaction design, visual design, and user experience strategy for core product lines, taking full ownership of overall design quality.
• Deeply integrate AI design tools into the design workflow to significantly improve creative output speed and iteration efficiency.
• Lead the development and continuous evolution of the Design System to ensure visual consistency and component reusability across product lines.
• Participate deeply in product requirement discussions, proactively identifying user experience issues and proposing effective solutions from a user-centric perspective.
• Establish efficient design delivery processes with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design intent in the final product.

Requirements

• Extensive product design experience with strong proficiency in Figma, and the ability to independently handle the full design process from concept to delivery.
• Proficient in AI-driven design workflows and tools such as Midjourney, Galileo AI, and Relume, with the ability to leverage AI to amplify design productivity.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to independently identify design optimization opportunities through data analysis and user feedback.
• Proven experience leading complex Design System initiatives or large-scale product experience redesign projects.
• Experience in Internet finance, crypto trading, or FinTech product design is a strong plus.
