- Build and grow our community, with a strong presence on Discord, Twitter/X, and wherever our players live.
- Plan and create content—trailers, dev updates, memes, posts, feature drops—with or without external partners.
- Collaborate with dev and product teams to time launches, highlight features, and communicate updates clearly and effectively.

- Analyze player data and campaign results to make smart, fast decisions and adjust course where needed.
- Act as the player voice in the company—help us build what people want to play and come back to.
- 4–6 years in game marketing, with at least one successful F2P game launch under your belt.
- You know how to balance performance marketing and brand building—and when each matters most.
- You’ve set up and managed ad campaigns, ASO, influencer deals, and content drops yourself.
- You’re comfortable operating solo in the beginning—and excited by the chance to build a team over time.
- You’re collaborative, proactive, and allergic to fluff.
- You play games. You understand players. You care about the details.
