About The Role
The Marketing Senior Manager at Acres is responsible for owning and executing the marketing strategy for a fast-growing software and data company. . This role will oversee our digital growth and brand efforts to drive inbound lead generation required to meet our aggressive growth objectives. This will be a high visibility leadership role that works cross-functionally with revenue operations and sales. This position will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer who also leads the Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline Delivery: Manage the inbound marketing funnel to deliver the MQL volume necessary to achieve company sales goals.
- Brand Messaging & Storytelling: Refine the Acres brand voice for our enterprise clients. Translate complex data into clear, compelling content that resonates with B2B customers.
- Event Coordination & Sales Support: Oversee the planning and execution of industry conferences . Responsible for all logistics, executive speaking opportunities, booth strategy, and lead-capture processes to ensure the sales team is positioned for success at every event.
- Team Management: Lead the Digital Growth, Graphic Design, and Content functions. Coordinate team workflows to ensure all marketing initiatives are cohesive and delivered on schedule.
- Channel Strategy: Oversee social media, blog content, and sponsored placements to build market awareness and drive inbound interest.
- Technical Management: Build and optimize web pages and landing pages within the HubSpot CMS to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Internal Advocacy: Clearly communicate the marketing vision and strategy to leadership. Provide data-backed rationale for marketing decisions and be prepared to discuss and refine ideas with internal stakeholders.
- Project Oversight: Manage timelines and requirements for cross-functional projects, including webinars, presentations, and video content, ensuring all assets align with brand standards.
Key Competencies
- Professional Experience: 5–8 years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment. Proven successful record in SEO/SEM strategy.
- Experienced Manager: Success leading diverse teams in a competitive environment
- Metric-Driven Success: A proven track record of managing marketing budgets and hitting specific lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Event Management: Experience coordinating logistics and strategy for large-scale trade shows and professional conferences.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in SaaS Real Estate, Land Brokerage, or Data Centers is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot (CMS and Marketing Hub) and web analytics tools.
- Operational Discipline: Strong organizational skills with experience using Asana to manage complex projects and distill information into actionable tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and professionally.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with fast-paced sales teams to align marketing output with sales needs
