RD Group is a pioneering Fintech startup, licensed as a Stored Value Facility (SVF) provider, is actively participating in Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) stablecoin sandbox. As a payment platform and a stablecoin issuer, our goal is to innovate and expand the digital payments ecosystem and connect Web2 and Web3 by bringing crypto payment solution to the real economy.
Role Summary:
This is a strategic role responsible for driving the Group’s international compliance strategy. You will lead our overseas licensing initiatives and ensure the alignment and effectiveness of compliance programs across all our international entities. Acting as the central coordinator, you will support local compliance teams, harmonize group-wide policies, and provide senior management with a clear view of our global regulatory posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee new financial license applications in target international markets.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and compliance for all existing overseas licenses.
- Work closely with local compliance teams to align their efforts with Group standards and provide expert support.
- Implement and maintain a consistent Group-wide compliance governance framework.
- Monitor and report on the compliance health and regulatory risks of our international operations to senior leadership.
- Serve as the key liaison between Group headquarters and local compliance functions
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a senior compliance role within fintech or financial services.
- Mandatory experience with multi-jurisdictional / regional compliance and managing financial license applications.
- Strong knowledge of international AML/CFT standards (FATF).
- Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with remote teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant degree and professional certifications (e.g., CAMS).
