We serve 100+ clients globally including leading wallets and dApps — processing payments across 16 blockchains. We are now setting up a dedicated banking operations function in Mumbai.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager to drive banking alliances for OnMeta. The primary focus is onboarding multiple banking partners, getting payment integrations live, and ensuring ongoing bank support for our platform. You will work directly with the founding team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage multiple banking partners for fiat collections and settlements
- Drive payment rail integrations end-to-end — UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and payment gateway APIs
- Ensure continuous bank support and resolve integration or operational issues with banking partners
- Set up escrow, current, nodal, and collection accounts across partner banks
- Manage collections, reconciliation, and settlement operations
- Oversee treasury and daily fund position management
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FIU, and FEMA regulations
- Work with product and engineering teams on CBS and payment API integrations
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in banking alliances, payment integrations, or banking partnerships
- Prior experience at a fintech, payment platform, bank, or digital service provider
- Hands-on with bank API integrations, CBS, and settlement systems
- Strong understanding of Indian payment infrastructure — UPI, NACH, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, escrow and nodal frameworks
- Proven ability to build and manage corporate banking relationships
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
Good to Have:
- Experience with crypto or digital asset platforms
- Worked with FIU-registered or RBI-regulated entities
- Existing relationships with banking teams at major Indian banks
