WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manager and Leadership Development Strategy You will lead Ripple’s manager and leadership development portfolio from end to end: setting direction, shaping priorities, and driving outcomes. Your job is to build on solid foundation, shape what comes next, and improve quality, impact, and innovation across manager and leader development at Ripple.
New Manager and Leader Success: You will own the learning experiences that help people managers succeed including flagship manager development programs, senior leader onboarding experiences, and the learning moments that build practical skills over time. You will evolve them based on business need, leader feedback, and your own expertise.
Leadership Development You’ll own Embark, Ripple’s annual leadership development program for high-potential talent. The program has a solid foundation including a formal nomination process, and visibility in succession conversations. Your opportunity is to strengthen the program based on where Ripple is headed.
Manager Community and Peer Learning You will shape the forums, roundtables, and experiences that help managers learn from one another. You will define what this community can become over time making it relevant, high-value, and genuinely worth showing up for.
AI Products and Tools for Manager Effectiveness You will evangelize and advance our AI Executive Coach, Pascal. You’ll drive adoption, train the model, and include Pascal in training programs. You’ll also develop AI solutions for people managers to help their teams succeed.
Cross-Functional Partnership and Portfolio Impact You will partner closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into learning strategy, and ensure our strategy is aligned to company priorities.

For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
NY Annual Base Salary Range: $176,000 USD – $198,000 USD
