Mission & Responsibilities

As Senior in Institutional Partnerships, you will be responsible for:

  • Position Morpho as the leading lending infrastructure for institutions

    • Be at the forefront of institutions coming onchain: identify key market trends, leading participants’ landscape, regulatory environments, and growth opportunities.

    • Cultivate and manage relationships in person (NYC) with key institutional stakeholders (Asset Issuers, Asset Managers, Banks, Payment Companies, large Lenders/Borrowers)

    • Be the primary point of contact for existing and prospective institutional leads for Morpho

  • Drive institutional adoption of the Morpho stack and close key partnerships

    • Lead exclusive product partnerships with Asset Managers, asset issuers, infrastructure providers, banks, … to enable lending and borrowing services, tokenized asset collateralization, fund management, and wealth distribution.

    • Capable of answering and winning competitive RFPs.

    • Work with key Morpho stakeholders, asset issuers, and curators to build the best onchain institutional products.


Must-have Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working with financial institutions transitioning to blockchain

  • 3+ years in crypto

  • Ability to understand and pitch complex on-chain products at the intersection of traditional finance and DeFi

    • Asset management product lines

    • Current CeFi borrowing and lending setups

    • DeFi lending and borrowing

  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, particularly with institutional clients (proven track record of managing institutional partnerships and closing deals)

  • Established network within institutional players

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Low ego and humility

  • Fluency in English
