How You’ll Drive Success 🏆
Relocation
Preparation of internal contracts for contractors + relocation / relocated employees.
Document management for employee registration with Social Security.
Employment Contracts ES:
Coordination of Social Security registrations.UK: New employees registration
HRBP tasks
Respond to HRBP CIS regarding any issues related specific to local HR aspects.
Legislation Compliance
Updating internal HR policies
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations (local, national, and international as applicable).
Benefits packages
Expansion of the benefits package: flexible compensation, free lunch, others.
Review and implementation of new benefits options based on employee feedback.
Conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Vacation and Absence Management
Control and management of vacations, leaves, sick leaves, and permits.
Monitoring compliance with company policies regarding absences.
Offboarding
Management of termination letters
Coordination with the payroll partner regarding severance preparation.
Ensuring proper exit documentation is completed and returned (company property, etc.)
Internal Communication
Management of internal communications related to HR.
Implementation of employee satisfaction surveys.
HR metrics
Preparation of reports on key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Data analysis to improve department efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
Diversity and Inclusion
Managing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Monitoring workplace diversity metrics and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
External Relationships
Liaising with external partners such as benefits providers, pension providers, etc.
