Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, visa applications, letter issuance, and reference checks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, acting as the go-to expert for HR-related inquiries regarding local practices, HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to drive efficiency within HR operations.
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation within HR systems and databases.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making and identify trends.
  • Coordinate HR system migrations to ensure smooth transitions and data integrity throughout the process.
  • Support HR vendor management by evaluating and liaising with external partners to ensure service delivery aligns with organizational needs. Collaborate with vendors for effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Mentor and check the work of junior HR staff, providing guidance and support on HR best practices and operational tasks.
  • Take ownership on other HR related admin projects and events as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines;
  • At least 3-5 years experience in HR Operations, preferably with prior experience in Crypto industry;
  • Regional HR experience of China, Hong Kong & Singapore will be advantageous. Well versed with the Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
  • Strong communication skills with a flexible and approachable attitude;
  • Strong problem solver with commitment to tackle problems with a positive and logical manner;
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and strong team player;
  • Proficiency in Google Suites, MS Office applications including Excel and HR systems;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, due to the need to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
