Crypto Tax Calculator (CTC) is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own and optimise existing growth channels while unlocking new ones through rapid experimentation. This includes managing a sizable budget, working with performance marketing contractors, and running CRO tests on our marketing website.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our user base by experimenting to unlock new distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
Experimentation & Growth Channels
- Design and execute growth experiments that validate and scale new channels (e.g., affiliates, product-led growth tools, referral campaigns, crypto community outreach).
- Continuously optimise existing channels (paid search, paid social, email, etc.) to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- Develop and maintain an experimentation roadmap, prioritising tests by potential impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
Performance Marketing & Budget Management
- Oversee paid advertising budget across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and more.
- Manage external performance marketing contractors, setting clear KPIs and monitoring campaign performance against CAC, ROI, and CPA targets.
- Scale winning campaigns quickly while discontinuing underperformers—ensuring continuous improvement of funnel metrics.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Own marketing website experiments, from landing page A/B tests to copy and design iterations aimed at increasing conversions.
- Utilise analytics tools to uncover insights, diagnose performance issues, and inform optimisation strategies.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach, measuring outcomes and iterating swiftly to drive higher conversion rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Set up, monitor, and analyse key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn) to make data-driven decisions and guide strategies.
- Translate experiment findings and campaign insights into clear action plans.
- Recommend budget reallocations and channel shifts based on performance data and evolving market trends.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay current on crypto trends, emerging marketing technologies, and digital advertising opportunities.
- Foster a culture of experimentation across the marketing team, encouraging bold ideas and fast iteration.
- Challenge the status quo, seeking innovative ways to scale user acquisition and engagement in the crypto space.
What We Look For in You
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in SaaS or crypto.
- Proven success in running growth experiments, managing large paid budgets, and optimising campaigns for ROI.
- Expertise in CRO methodologies and A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets (Google Analytics, BI dashboards) and act on insights.
- Experience with referral programs, affiliates, or community-based marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable collaborating across product, design, and support teams in a remote-first environment.
