About the Opportunity
The Senior Influencer & Affiliate Manager will drive user growth and brand visibility for OKX across the UAE and broader MENA region. This dual-focus role manages the UAE affiliate program—partnering with KOLs and creators to drive user acquisition and trading volume—and leads the influencer strategy to build trust and awareness around OKX in MENA. You’ll work closely with growth, brand, and regional teams to scale our presence and performance across key communities.
What You’ll be Doing

Affiliate Growth (UAE): Lead and scale the UAE affiliate program, onboarding KOLs and partners to drive user acquisition and trading volume.

Performance Management: Own acquisition and revenue KPIs for affiliates. Track performance, optimize conversions, and improve partner ROI.

Influencer Strategy (UAE & MENA):Build and manage a long-term influencer program to grow brand awareness and trust across the region.

Campaign Execution: Launch and manage campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Telegram. Oversee briefs, assets, and timelines.

Brand Advocacy: Develop strong relationships with creators and partners, turning them into authentic OKX brand advocates.

Measurement & Insights: Track key metrics across both growth and brand campaigns. Use data and feedback to improve and scale efforts.
