Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a global user growth strategy with a focus on priority markets
- Drive scaled acquisition across paid media, SEO/SEM, affiliate channels, and KOL partnerships
- Continuously optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and channel efficiency to improve overall ROI
- Align marketing objectives directly with core business metrics (AUM, trading volume, deposit size, etc.)
- Work closely with product, trading, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes
- Build a marketing revenue attribution model to clearly quantify each channel’s contribution to business growth
- Own overall performance marketing strategy, budget allocation, and ROI optimization
- Manage and continuously optimize the full conversion funnel: Registration → Deposit → Trading → Retention
- Establish A/B testing and iteration frameworks to systematically improve conversion rates at every stage
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new products and features, coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution
- Translate complex financial and crypto product capabilities into clear, compelling user value propositions
- Support growth initiatives across both retail and institutional client business lines
- Build a full user lifecycle management framework covering acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement
- Develop CRM and marketing automation capabilities (EDM, push notifications, user segmentation, etc.)
- Drive improvements in user engagement and Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Lead the build-out of marketing data infrastructure, including attribution models, dashboards, and event tracking
- Drive MarTech tooling and automation, working closely with data and engineering teams
- Leverage data capabilities to inform growth decisions and evolve from experience-driven to model-driven decision-making
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in marketing or growth, with a proven track record of building scalable growth systems
- Background in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or internet growth roles preferred
- Demonstrated, quantifiable success in driving large-scale user growth and revenue impact
- Strong growth mindset with deep expertise in performance marketing and user growth methodologies
- Data-driven with solid analytical skills and a strong sense of attribution thinking
- Highly execution-oriented, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and business acumen
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience managing global or multi-regional teams
