We’re hiring a Fullstack Developer to take ownership of building high-quality, user-facing applications for complex financial workflows. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape frontend architecture, improve performance and scalability, and work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.

The role is fully remote, with a small, high-performing team distributed across the Americas. We’re looking to move quickly and offer competitive salaries!

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Leaning)

Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack but leans toward backend development, particularly in building and maintaining scalable, distributed SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed enterprise SaaS applications
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development, with a primary focus on backend systems
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance services for transaction-heavy systems
• Develop and consume APIs with an API-first mindset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for integrations
• Support and enhance frontend components using React where needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in backend development, with Java as a must-have
• Solid experience as a Full Stack Engineer with exposure to frontend technologies (React preferred)
• Proven experience working on transaction-heavy systems
• Experience developing and maintaining distributed systems / enterprise SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of API design and development (API-first approach)
• Experience integrating with external partners or third-party systems

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in high-growth or scaling environments
• Familiarity with modern frontend best practices (not a UI-focused role)
