Day to Day

We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused Senior Regional Facilities Manager to oversee our AMER portfolio across the United States, Canada, and Brazil. This is a senior leadership role responsible for maturing our regional facilities operating model during a period of portfolio consolidation.
The successful candidate will drive the transition toward a unified regional approach by standardizing service delivery, strengthening vendor partnerships, and ensuring facilities operations support a lean, scalable, and high performing workplace. This role manages a distributed team of Facilities Coordinators and Supervisors and serves as the primary FM partner to Workplace Operations, Real Estate and the Health Safety and Environment team.

Success in this role will be measured by improved service consistency, better vendor performance, and increased financial transparency across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a unified AMER model to standardize regional workflows.
  • Manage regional RFPs and contract talks to consolidate the vendor base.
  • Scale site operations through standardized playbooks and workflows.
  • Direct full oversight of OpEx and CapEx budgets for the regional portfolio.
  • Manage all hard and soft services across a diverse regional portfolio.
  • Optimize building systems and asset lifespan through robust maintenance plans.
  • Drive a high performance culture through team mentorship, management and development.

Skills/Competencies

  • 10+ years of comprehensive facilities management experience, with at least 4 years specifically dedicated to regional leadership across multi site portfolios.
  • Expertise in managing outsourced service providers, with a deep technical understanding of both hard and soft facilities services, capital planning, and lease compliance.
  • Proven track record in vendor lifecycle management, including the design and execution of complex RFPs and the negotiation of regional contract terms.
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and manage distributed teams across disparate geographic locations.
  • Solid financial acumen with direct experience in OpEx and CapEx budget modeling, P&L accountability, and fiscal reporting.
  • Travel: 10–20% regional (US) and occasional international (CA/BR).

Salary Range Transparency

Austin Metro Area $96,000 – 144,000 USD per year
