Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, containerized platforms, and cloud infrastructure, taking full ownership of system stability and reliability.
• Drive the standardization and implementation of AI-assisted engineering workflows at the platform engineering level to significantly reduce development friction.
• Build AI-native engineering platforms and automation capabilities to continuously improve Developer Experience (DX).
• Responsible for production environment stability, capacity planning, and the establishment of security and compliance frameworks.
• Lead infrastructure cost optimization initiatives and technical evolution planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering, with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and mainstream cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains and automated operations systems, including maintaining stability in large-scale production environments.
• Familiarity with practical applications of AI tools in engineering productivity improvement and workflow automation, with real implementation experience.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in complex distributed environments.
• Experience building core infrastructure for high-concurrency financial systems or trading platforms is a strong plus.
