π» About the role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will unlock deep, actionable insights from both on-chain and off-chain data sources to guide strategic decisions across the business and product teams. Embedded in a cross-functional EPD team of ~30 people, you will directly influence pricing, feature development, and go-to-market strategies in a rapidly evolving Web3 environment.
ποΈ What you will be doing:
Analyze complex data (on-chain & off-chain) to drive business and product insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that communicate clear narratives
Define and track key performance indicators across product and business functions
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable pipelines and scalable analytics infrastructure
Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate product changes
Support product, strategy, and growth teams with tailored, high-impact analytics
π What you will bring:
Proven experience in product or revenue analytics within fintech, web3 or digital product companies
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Expertise in experimentation frameworks and statistical testing
Fluency with defining KPIs, data visualization and dashboarding
Hands-on familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms (Dune, Etherscan, etc.)
Experience with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
