What you’ll be responsible for:
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Business team, you will partner closely with our Global Capital Markets Business Development and Customer Experience teams. You’ll be responsible for identifying trends that drive deal efficiency and operational excellence, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and communicating insights across stakeholders at all levels. You’ll serve as the data expert behind partnership performance, enabling partner-facing teams to surface key insights, uncover growth levers, and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
What you’ll work on:
Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
Partner with Business Development to track and improve partner performance and deal outcomes
Collaborate with Customer Experience to identify customer pain points and issue categories
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform decision-making across teams
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
Support CRM data hygiene and ensure partner-facing teams are accurately leveraging systems and tools
Drive measurement and reporting for strategic initiatives aimed at partner success and growth
What you’ll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
4+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for large datasets
Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Superset, or similar platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and best practices for data hygiene
Strong analytical skills with a track record of working with incomplete or undocumented data
Clear, concise communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Requirements
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation
Experience in capital markets, crypto, or high-growth fintech environments
Familiarity with partner analytics, customer experience metrics, or lifecycle tracking
