We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to support the Community Lead in implementing strategy, mentor and train moderators, and drive strategic community initiatives that boost growth and business results while staying hands-on in daily engagement
Moderation
Review and approve significant moderation actions including major penalties and appeals
Serve as escalation point for challenging community conflicts and policy violations
Lead crisis management responses during community emergencies or sensitive situations
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Monitor moderation quality and consistency across the team
Support community analytics and reporting
Campaign Support & Community Growth
Develop and execute scalable community programs for member acquisition, retention, and advocacy
Assist in high-impact initiatives including ambassador programs, community events and partnerships
Champion community feedback to product and leadership team
Analyze community metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Experience & Expertise
4 years experience in community management with advanced knowledge of community platforms (Discord, Telegram)
Strong analytical abilities to identify patterns and trends in community behavior
Proven track record of running successful online campaigns and community initiatives
Native in English with with excellent communication skills
