Lead modules in Ripple’s business systems (including Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking) through solution design, testing, and implementation in an environment of constant change, with attention to scalability and consistency. Design and develop tools for module automation, monitoring, and auditing to reduce operational risk, eliminate manual workarounds, and improve efficiency. Conduct unit testing for all configurations, including user acceptance testing. Participate in module upgrade preparation and release activities, including feature review, impact analysis, regression testing, education, and updates to training materials. Troubleshoot module configuration, deployment, and organizational change activities. Drive assigned module projects (e.g., annual Open Enrollment cycles, expanding Time Tracking, Absence, and Time Off to new markets), making changes to existing configurations as and when the need arises. Monitor the efficacy and adoption of module solutions, identifying problems ahead of business partners and surfacing opportunities to enhance or scale solutions to better support business needs. Build, monitor, and maintain reports and dashboards relevant to the modules, helping with any data requests that could involve EIB loads, fixing integrations, or configuring new security in the relevant areas.
