Hi, we’re Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds.
We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and evolve Ondo’s visual identity across our growing ecosystem. This role goes beyond execution, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our brand guidelines, developing sub-brands for new products, and conceptualizing campaigns that bring our brand to life in compelling ways.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing company, working on meaningful projects that directly impact how people experience our brand. This role offers creative autonomy, the chance to build systems from the ground up, and the ability to see your work come to life across multiple products and campaigns.

Responsibilities
Brand System Development
- Shape the future of Ondo’s brand and expand our visual system
- Expand and evolve Ondo’s brand guidelines to support our growing product ecosystem
- Create cohesive sub-branding systems for new products while maintaining brand consistency
- Develop scalable design systems that empower teams across the organization
Campaign Conceptualization
- Conceive and design brand campaigns that resonate with our audience
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns from concept to execution
Design Excellence
- Craft high-quality brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables
- Push creative boundaries while staying true to brand principles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, preferably at agencies or in-house brand teams
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proven track record of developing and expanding brand systems
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual craft
- Experience creating sub-brands or product identities within a larger brand ecosystem
Nice to Have
- Motion design and animation capabilities
- Experience in fintech, tech, or similarly innovative industries
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
