Senior Backend Engineer (Product)

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Go.
• Develop scalable data models and queries using PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Build and optimize GraphQL APIs for performance and developer usability.
• Architect services with a focus on scalability, high availability, and low latency.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

Skills Requirement

• 3–5 years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go, with experience building production-grade systems.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching, queues, or real-time systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused engineering environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to system reliability and performance.

Good to Have

• Experience in blockchain, DeFi, Web3, or related industries.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices for backend and API development.
